Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- Sprinkle frypan with salt and brown pork chops.
- Put in casserole.
- Wipe out skillet.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into skillet. Simmer 1 or 2 minutes, stirring to deglaze pan. Pour sauce over the chops. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
