Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 6 drops hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked

Method

  • In large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat.
  • Saute garlic until golden.
  • Add chicken strips and saute until white and almost completely done.
  • Add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes, basil, hot sauce, wine, chicken broth and margarine. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture.
  • Serves 6.
