- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cans tomatoes
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 6 drops hot sauce
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked
Method
- In large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat.
- Saute garlic until golden.
- Add chicken strips and saute until white and almost completely done.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes, basil, hot sauce, wine, chicken broth and margarine. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
- Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture.
- Serves 6.
