Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water or more
Method
- Combine ingredients.
- Roll dough in a large circle.
- Cut into big squares.
- Fill the dough with the potato or cheese filling. Squeeze ends tight and place in boiling water until they float. Rinse in cold water.
- Drain well, then pan fry in butter.
- Serves 4 to 6.
