Ingredients
- 2 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam
- 16 fresh strawberries, chopped
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
Method
- Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese spread and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add jam; mix well.
- Use fork to mash strawberries with remaining sugar.
- Add to cream cheese mixture with Cool Whip; mix well.
- Spread over crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
