Ingredients

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 small jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch wide sticks
  • 25 multigrain saltine crackers

Method

  • Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  • Place large scoops of cottage cheese mixture in candy cane-shape on platter.
  • Smooth with knife or spatula.
  • Decorate with pepper strips to resemble a candy cane.
  • Serve with remaining pepper strips, sugar snap peas, jicama and crackers.
