Ingredients
- 2 lb. American or Velveeta, grated or chopped
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 (7 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
Method
- Heat milk. Add grated cheese and let melt.
- Add pimientos and mix well. This can be poured up in jars to cool before serving. Use as a sandwich spread, a dip or for stuffing celery.
