Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, salt and syrup together.
- Add milk and well beaten eggs, then add pineapple and coconut.
- Add melted butter and vanilla.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.
