Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 bottle (8 oz.) ketchup
  • 2 lb. ground chopped meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 spoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 can light-colored kidney beans
  • 1 loaf French bread

Method

  • Pour tomato soup and 1 can water into large pot.
  • Brown meat; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add meat to soup and let simmer.
  • Cut onion, celery and pepper into small pieces and add to soup and meat.
  • Add ketchup and mustard.
  • Stir well and simmer about 2 hours.
  • Drain beans well and add to mixture.
  • Simmer about 30 minutes and enjoy.
