Ingredients
- 2 small or 1 large Ore-Ida hash browns, shredded
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar, grated
- salt and garlic salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- bread crumbs
Method
- Thaw potatoes.
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bread crumbs.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish and sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.
