Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Melt oleo in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
- Add half of hash browns. Mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions.
- Pour half of this over hash browns plus 1 cup grated cheese.
- Add rest of potatoes and pour remaining mixture over.
- Add rest of cheese.
- Sprinkle cornflakes over.
- Pour the other 2 tablespoons oleo over all.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
