Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots

Method

  • In
  • skillet,
  • combine
  • ground
  • beef,
  • onion
  • and
  • green pepper.
  • Cook
  • over
  • medium
  • heat, breaking up with fork until meat is
  • browned
  • and onion and green peppers are tender.
  • Add chili sauce,
  • undiluted soup and water.
  • Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover; top with frozen Tater Tots.
  • Bake uncovered at 375° for 35 minutes, until Tater Tots are golden brown.
