Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Method
- In
- skillet,
- combine
- ground
- beef,
- onion
- and
- green pepper.
- Cook
- over
- medium
- heat, breaking up with fork until meat is
- browned
- and onion and green peppers are tender.
- Add chili sauce,
- undiluted soup and water.
- Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover; top with frozen Tater Tots.
- Bake uncovered at 375° for 35 minutes, until Tater Tots are golden brown.
