Ingredients
- 16 ounces premio sweet Italian sausage
- 16 ounces pineapple chunks
- 6 ounces barbecue sauce
Method
- Cut slices across sausages diagonally and insert pineapple chunks.
- Insert skewers (bamboo works best) through the length of the sausage, piercing the sausage and pineapple chunks.
- Brush BBQ sauce on skewers.
- Grill for 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
