Ingredients

  • 1 c. crushed pretzels
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large box strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries

Method

  • Combine pretzels, brown sugar and butter.
  • Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar.
  • Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  • Mix jello with boiling water and stir to dissolve; add cold water.
  • Add frozen strawberries, let mixture set part way.
  • Spoon over cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate.
