Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped)

Method

  • Prepare cake mix according
  • to directions.
  • Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
  • Dice up rhubarb and carefully put over the top of cake in pan.
  • Sprinkle sugar over top of rhubarb.
  • Do not mix or stir.
  • Carefully pour whipping cream (unwhipped) over rhubarb-sugar mixture; do not stir.
  • Bake at 350°
  • or 30 to 40 minutes until done.
  • Can be served with or without cream. Delicious.
