Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped)
Method
- Prepare cake mix according
- to directions.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
- Dice up rhubarb and carefully put over the top of cake in pan.
- Sprinkle sugar over top of rhubarb.
- Do not mix or stir.
- Carefully pour whipping cream (unwhipped) over rhubarb-sugar mixture; do not stir.
- Bake at 350°
- or 30 to 40 minutes until done.
- Can be served with or without cream. Delicious.
