Ingredients
- 4-5 Rashers Bacon
- 1 - 2 Onions
- 1 large tin diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 4 - 6 packets 1 minute noodles
- (I use home brand, no flavour sachets)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry diced onions, add diced bacon. When cooked add tomatoes and red wine, reduce slightly. Cook noodles(Do not over cook). Add noodles to mixture and stir through, season and serve.
