Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin puree
Method
- Saute onions and green peppers in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add milk, pumpkin, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook in top of double boiler until very hot.
- Garnish with parsley.
