Ingredients
- 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2/3 c. hot water
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, nuts and cocoa in large bowl.
- Add milk and oil, stirring well.
- Spoon into an ungreased 1-quart casserole.
- Combine brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
- Sprinkle over batter.
- Pour water over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serves 3 to 4.
- Can be doubled easily.
