Ingredients
- 14 to 16 oz. can pink salmon
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Method
- Combine well all ingredients.
- Form into patties.
- Roll in flour and fry in a skillet in about 1/4 inch of oil.
- Turn to brown on both sides.
