Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash (about 2 c.), sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook squash and onions until tender; drain.
- Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
