Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped scallops
- 1/2 c. chopped clams or 1/2 c. canned clams
- 1/2 c. Maine shrimp
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 lb. haddock fillets
- 1 c. water
- salt, pepper and thyme to your taste
- 2 chicken bouillon pkg.
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Add all the ingredients except milk.
- Simmer on low until onion is tender. Add milk and simmer.
- Top with a teaspoon of butter per serving. Serve with oyster crackers or bread.
