Ingredients
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salmon
- crushed peppercorn
Method
- Cut salmon into steaks. Marinate for 30 minutes. Dry on paper towels. Sprinkle with crushed peppercorn. Put small amount of cooking oil in skillet. Fry, skin side up. Flip 1 time (approximately 2 minutes per side). Puncture with knife. When knife slides through easily, it's done.
