Ingredients
- 8 oz. macaroni shells
- 4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 3/4 oz. Parmesan cheese (3 Tbsp.)
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain.
- While pasta is cooking, heat a nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Add mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with basil, garlic powder and pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.
