- 1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can French onion soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 6 oz. can white crab meat
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 c. Minute rice
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chop shrimp if they are large.
- Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350° until all ingredients are done or approximately 1 hour.
