Ingredients
- 1 scant stick margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- a little onion, cut up
- a little celery, cut up
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- 2 c. small toast cubes or more
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Melt margarine over low heat.
- Saute garlic, onion and celery until clear.
- Add parsley, salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Stir in cubes and toss until coated.
- Place shrimp in 9 x 9-inch greased pan, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Spread bread mixture lightly over shrimp.
- Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or until top is brown.
