Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
- 2 12 cups chicken broth
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
Method
- Drain artichokes hearts, and cut off course tops.
- Puree the artichokes with chicken broth.
- Pour into pan, add remaining ingredients and heat.
