Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 4 to 6 smoked pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 soup can milk
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Put potatoes and onion in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
- Cover with chops.
- Blend soup and milk; pour over chops.
- Add peas.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake
- 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
