Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked trout
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- dash of cayenne pepper
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, flake fish.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cayenne pepper; mix well.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
