- 5 to 6 large cans crushed tomatoes
- 5 to 6 large cans tomato sauce
- 2 medium cans tomato puree
- 3 medium cans tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Bring all tomato sauces combined to a boil.
- Lower heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 4 to 5 hours.
- Makes approximately 17 to 18 quarts.
- Season to taste
