Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanut oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Method

  • Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and pepper flakes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and turns light tan in color.
  • Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing and mixing until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crunchy.
  • Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for about 2 more minute, tossing the florets to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
