Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup roasted peanut oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 6 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Method
- Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and pepper flakes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and turns light tan in color.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing and mixing until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crunchy.
- Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for about 2 more minute, tossing the florets to coat.
- Serve immediately.
