Ingredients
- 540 milliliters chickpea (1 can)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 o F.
- Drain and pat dry the chickpeas. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle all the spices and oil then mix. Spread into a single layer.
- Roast in the center of the oven for 35 minutes, until golden, shaking gently half way in between.
