Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 c. sliced strawberries or sliced peaches, whole raspberries or whole blackberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large box strawberry Jell-O or peach, raspberry or blackberry Jell-O (depending on fruit used)
- Cool Whip or cream (optional)
Method
- Use 4-quart saucepan.
- Bring water, cornstarch and sugar to a boil.
- Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat.
- Add Jell-O; let cool, then put in sliced strawberries.
- Pour into prebaked pie shells. Refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip before serving.
