Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 c. sliced strawberries or sliced peaches, whole raspberries or whole blackberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O or peach, raspberry or blackberry Jell-O (depending on fruit used)
  • Cool Whip or cream (optional)

Method

  • Use 4-quart saucepan.
  • Bring water, cornstarch and sugar to a boil.
  • Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat.
  • Add Jell-O; let cool, then put in sliced strawberries.
  • Pour into prebaked pie shells. Refrigerate.
  • Top with Cool Whip before serving.
