Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Press 1 large crescent roll on bottom, up to 1 inch on sides.
- Beat 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the 2 packages cream cheese, together.
- Cut a piece of wax paper the size of pan and spray it with Pam.
- Press the other package of crescent rolls on wax paper and flip it onto cream cheese mixture in pan.
- Pinch the dough together.
- Beat egg whites with fork and spread on top of crust.
- Take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
