Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  • Press 1 large crescent roll on bottom, up to 1 inch on sides.
  • Beat 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the 2 packages cream cheese, together.
  • Cut a piece of wax paper the size of pan and spray it with Pam.
  • Press the other package of crescent rolls on wax paper and flip it onto cream cheese mixture in pan.
  • Pinch the dough together.
  • Beat egg whites with fork and spread on top of crust.
  • Take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
