Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- fresh, medium size strawberries
- 5 Tbsp. strawberry jelly
Method
- Bake pie shell. Melt chocolate and pour into bottom of pie shell evenly.
- Wash and cut strawberries, leaving a flat surface. Place strawberries, pointed end up, evenly across entire chocolate surface.
- Melt jelly and brush to glaze strawberries. Refrigerate.
- Let pie stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving to allow chocolate to soften.
