Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • fresh, medium size strawberries
  • 5 Tbsp. strawberry jelly

Method

  • Bake pie shell. Melt chocolate and pour into bottom of pie shell evenly.
  • Wash and cut strawberries, leaving a flat surface. Place strawberries, pointed end up, evenly across entire chocolate surface.
  • Melt jelly and brush to glaze strawberries. Refrigerate.
  • Let pie stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving to allow chocolate to soften.
