Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns
- 1 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. salami, chopped
- 1/4 c. smoked processed cheese spread
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Drain mushrooms and hollow out.
- Chop enough pieces to make 3 tablespoons.
- Cook pieces with onions in oil.
- Stir in salami, cheese spread and catsup.
- Stuff into mushroom crowns.
- Sprinkle with soft, fine bread crumbs.
- Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes.
