Ingredients
- 5 to 6 green peppers
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 quarts tomato juice
- A little green pepper, cut fine
Method
- Parboil cleaned out peppers until they change color. Drain. Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper and green pepper. Mix with rice and tomato juice. Stuff peppers and bake 1 hour at 325°.
