- 2 large potatoes
- 3 Long stem onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 stems of fresh chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 pinch season all salt
- 1 shredded mozzarella
- 1 shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 pinch paprika
- 1 sour cream
Method
- Cube the potatoes, roughly 1in thick.
- Boil cubes until tender (speeds up cook time) - or just use raw, but requires double baking time.
- Drain and transfer cubes to mixing bowl
- Add in season mix ingredients, give potatoes a few tosses.
- (If you precooked cubes, mixing too much will break apart cubes and make them mushy)
- Transfer to baking dish
- Top it off, pre-bake ingredients
- Bake at 375 for 15-20min
- *Optional* we add sour cream when we plate & serve
