- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. ground salt pork
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. light cram
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Mix meats, crumbs, egg, cream, marjoram, basil, salt, onion and pepper.
- Shape into balls the size of walnuts; brown in skillet.
- Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 250° to 300° for 1 hour.
