Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked carrots,salted and mashed (about 15 raw carrots
- 2 lb. bag)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Blend all ingredients together and pour into greased 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
