Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. grits (do not use quick-cook)
- 6 c. water
- 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 tsp. savory salt
- 16 drops Tabasco sauce
Method
- Cook grits in 6 cups water as package directs.
- Do not add salt.
- Add butter, cheese, eggs, savory salt and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
