Ingredients
- 4 med. tomatoes, cut in chunks
- 8 leaves green or purple basil, minced
- 10 leaves mint, minced
- 1/4 med red onion sliced very thinly, quartered
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Method
- Toss ingredients together about a half hour before dinner. Provide shallow bowls (rather than plates) because it will be juicy. Let diners add salt and pepper as they like.
