Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thigh
  • 1 1/2 liter water
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cup napa cabbage
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash White pepper
  • 1 dash light soy sauce
  • 2 cup hairy melon / hairy gourd
  • 2 cup udon
  • 2 cup slice ready to eat smoked duck

Method

  • Bring water to a boil then add chicken and simmer for 10 minute then add carrot and hairy melon simmer for another 10 minutes
  • Then removed chicken and break chicken meat to chunk and continue simmering with napa cabbage for another 10 minutes

  • Steamed ready to eat smoked duck for 10 minutes
  • Bring water to a boil then add instant udon noodle and simmer for full 13 minute then drain
  • plate udon and pour boiling hot summer chicken soup and top ready to eat smoke duck slice
