Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut broccoli into flowerets no longer than 3 inches.
- Steam broccoli in steam basket for 10 minutes.
- Remove.
- Place in heated serving dish.
- Cover.
