Ingredients
- 2 lb. venison
- 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- coarsely ground black pepper
Method
- Debone venison, removing as much fat and gristle as possible. Using very sharp knife or electric knife, slice venison into 1/8-inch strips.
