Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced and fresh
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon mirin, Sweet Rice Wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 13 cup olive oil

Method

  • Blend together all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  • Slowly incorporate olive oil until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • If the dressing is too thick for your taste, feel free to add additional oil or additional liquid ingredients.
  • I sometimes find myself adding a bit of extra soy sauce.
  • Serve with your favorite cold pasta or noodle salad.
