Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Cook over hot water, stirring until cheese melts.
- Add salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in milk, slowly.
- Add beaten eggs until mixture gets thick.
- Serve over toast.
