Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 3/4 tsp. grated lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Method

  • Pour milk into medium bowl.
  • Add dry pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  • (Mixture will be thick.)
  • Gently stir in whipped topping and lemon zest.
  • Spoon raspberries into crust; cover with pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until set.
  • Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
