Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. chopped peanuts
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1 egg
Method
- In
- large
- bowl stir well flour, peanuts, sugar, baking powder and
- salt; set
- aside.
- With
- whisk or fork beat milk, peanut butter
- and
- egg
- until
- well
- blended.
- Add
- to
- flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
- Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan in preheated
- 350°
- oven
- 60
- to 65 minutes or until pick inserted in center
- comes
- out clean. Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Remove
- from
- pan; cool completely on rack.
- Makes 1 loaf.
