- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Soften cream cheese; add other ingredients, except pecans. Roll into a large ball, then roll in chopped pecans.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with additional paprika.
