Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- 4 leaves Basil, Torn
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 whole Zucchini, Cut Into Thin Strips
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic, tomatoes, walnuts, basil, salt and oil.
- Let sit for about 20 minutes, if you can.
