Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
  • 2 oz. (1/3 of 6-oz. pkg.) KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • 16 woven wheat crackers
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, cut in half

Method

  • Cook vegetables in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min.
  • Stir in steak sauce; cook 1 min.
  • Set aside.
  • Cut cheese slices in half.
  • Top crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.
  • Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
  • Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec.
  • or until cheese begins to melt.
  • Repeat with remaining crackers.
